They were knowledgeable and thorough
We had a clogged main line. They came out the following morning and cleared the clog. After completing the work, they give you a clog warranty. 3 days later, the slow drain was back. They returned that morning and cleared the main line. They found the problem and we're able to detail what to watch for and how to remedy the situation simply. Apparently we have a belly in the line that causes clogs. They were knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend them.

Very pleased with the company, they came early to my house witch no company does that ever. Looked at my problem witch was a clogged sink from hell. And Jack with a fair honest price unclogged the sink with the hydro Jet. Before I had tried almost everything, from snakeing the pipe to dumping pure Lye down there. The price was very reasonable
Called this company to adjust my A/C in the middle of the night as it was very hot outside and AC seemed not to produce enough cold. The tech showed up within 40 minutes. This company appeared to have several trucks on the road, which meant they can reach the client at the soonest. I had a Freon leak and they just fixed it and filled in. We could then sleep well in our chilled bedroom. The price was very reasonable. Thanks a lot David!

Came out and reinstalled Trane system and mini-split previously installed which did not pass inspection prior to home sale. Professional, reliable and some of the most trained, intelligent and caring HVAC people I have ever met. He was very thorough and worked hard in replacing our filter, testing the unit, cleaning the outside unit as well as doing an extensive checklist of items to be inspected. They came out in 40 minutes
When our AC stopped coming on we knew something was wrong. We called this company on a Friday night and they came out in 40 minutes just. we needed to replace it and the AC. We knew that our ducts were really bad based on how the house would heat and cool down so we asked about replacing those as well. Jack was able to give us a quote and explain the process making sure that we had all of the facts before scheduling the appointment for them to come out.

I was referred to All time mechanical by another company who would not take new customers during the summer heat emergencies.The service tech David was friendly and efficient. What I appreciate the most is that they didn't over charge me when they easily could have on a Saturday with temperatures forecast to be 102 degrees all weekend. Their diagnostic fee was actually less than the company I originally called. I will be using them for routine servicing going forward!

He did a complete diagnosis of our system and spent the time to explain everything to us so we had a firsthand understanding of what was going on with our heating ac system.
